Electrical Design Engineer

Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Electrical Design Engineer who is available for work within the Oradea area working on a range of projects within a control systems team environment.


Responsibilities

  • Electrical design of the system schematic diagrams in ePLAN P8
  • Electrical design of control panel layouts in AutoCad Electric
  • Production of Engineering Parts Lists
  • Production of IO Configuration Sheets
  • Production of specifications for electrical sub-contractors/control panel manufacturers
  • Any other task reasonably requested by senior management within the skills and role of the job

Required skills

  • Good working knowledge of ePLAN P8 and See Electrical
  • Knowledge of AutoCad LT2011
  • Good working knowledge of EPlan Electrical Schematic Design
  • Schematic calculations
  • Electrical design of the system schematic diagrams in ePLAN
  • Good IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office

As a plus

  • Experience in working with IEE Requirements for Electrical Installations: BS 7671

Automation Engineer


Responsibilities

  • Control system design, and PLC / HMI programming
  • Control panel layouts and designs, drawing wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
  • Process controls layouts and packaging system control designs
  • Design and implement process network infrastructure (Ethernet, Device Net, Control Net, etc.)
  • Assist in the installation, startup and commissioning on site

Required skills

  • Degree in Engineering, preferably
  • Experience with Siemens and Schneider products and control systems
  • Control system design and layout, including control panels
  • PLC programming

Controls Engineer

Job Description:

Successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and technical support of PLC based hardware and software.


Responsibilities

  • Perform, plan and schedule control systems development, including hardware and software systems for new and existing machines
  • Create and customize control system designs and develop cost estimates
  • Design, perform and lead proof-of-technology tests, analyzes and correlates data, prepares reports and makes recommendations
  • Develops engineering schematics and drawings including Bills of Materials
  • Perform machine/process risk assessments
  • Participates in or leads multi-discipline teams
  • Develop and test PLC and HMI code
  • Install PLC and HMI code and test machines at production facility before shipment
  • Prepare and update machine manuals as needed
  • Perform machine quality inspections before shipments

Required skills

  • Experience with robot controllers is desired
  • In depth knowledge of controls engineering and working knowledge of mechanical engineering
  • Experience in the following software packages is required:
    • PLC and HMI platforms (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
    • Electrical schematic design software (ePLAN and SeeElectrical)
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
    • Beginning ServoMotion controls (Siemens, Bosch-Rexroth, Allen Bradley

Robotics Engineer

Job Description:

The Robot Programmer will be responsible for programming, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing robotic cells according to customer specifications.


Responsibilities

  • Program robot paths for material handling using various gripper configurations in robot-manufacturer specification code.
  • Develop program structure, implement offline programming, and configure robot I/O.
  • Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
  • Perform field service of existing equipment.
  • Develop and maintain good customer relations and provide technical support to the customer.
  • Cooperation with other departments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Solid mathematical skills (specifically geometry and trigonometry)
  • Solid understanding of controls, electronics and electrical equipment/systems
